moving from FL to MA many questions

We are seling our mobile home 30,000 equity and moving from FL to MA. We were going to file in FL but house has sold so we must go now.....were not earning a living here and dont have health ins.....My husband has a FL judgement against him, can I deposit the proceeds from the house In Fl bank account held by TE, will it be safe there as we need that money for our move and for expenses till we find jobs. How long do we need to be in MA before filing? Will we have to use Federal because of the move....what is their income limit......so many questions, not sure what to do

Don't risk it. A couple of peopke here have tried to apply T by E to personal property {in a bankruptcy action} and got shot down.
