Filing In June, hopefully

I have decided when I want to actually file, 1 June, so I have to start doing my paperwork now.

Most of the stuff is going to be easy, just have to make sure I have all my creditors written down if they aren't on our credit reports.

As for the paystubs, will the 6 mths be from December to May?

I talked to an attorney Wed. He wanted pay stubs from Nov-May. Since I may not file until July, I sorta wondered myself if that would make it Jan-July.

Yes, your paystubs will be dec-may...unless you get paid June 1st, the date you file.

Our pay days are the 1st and 15th. So if I file on 1 June, will it be Dec. - May or Jan. - June? I guess to be safe I can have 7 months to cover them all.

I paid my attorney in full in March, just been waiting around.
