We had our last day for objections on 5/6/08. We had looked forward to that day with great anticipation, Nothing happened!!
I'm kind of wondering what could be going on? It doesn't really bother me that we haven't received that golden discharge immediately. Its the lack of information or progress reported on Pacer.We've done our part with the classes and everything else we were supposed to do. At our 341 hearing there was a question on the value of our home the trustee was going to send someone to drive by or something (no big deal ) other than that the assets we had consisted of two broken down jetski's we couldn't sell to save our lives and the trailer they sat on. He can take those, then we won't have to weed eat around them this summer!! The only thing on Pacer is the Lift of stay requested on my son's car. The loan company ask for a lift of stay because his car was titled wrong which was granted. My husbands name is now off the title so life is good. Now my question, shouldn't there be a trustee report somewhere of no asset and since there isn't what in the heck could be going on?? Once again our attorney says not to worry about it, it takes about ten days after the objection hearing for him to get notice of discharge and he hasn't heard a word from the trustee on anything so things must be fine as far as the house equity and tax money. If the trustee wants to jack around longer in our lives doesn't he have to file for an extention or something? Or is it okay to leave peoples lives in limbo as long as he feels like it??
Pacer is costing me $$ to go in and see that NOTHING has changed since May 2nd!!

I'll be very nice and give them a call in a few days. I don't check quite every five minutes, only once a day after five. HHM told someone just to check the filings so that's what I do, I didn't know they didn't charge you to do that because every single page say .08 on it. That's a relief. Appreciate the link too, sorry I couldn't find it on my own!
