Bankruptcy with 2 properties being turned in

I'm turning in two properties with my Ch 7. One is in the process of foreclosure, the other we've just missed our first payment this month.

I've heard two different opinions. One attorney said it will appear on my credit report as a bankruptcy and two foreclosures. THe other attorney said it will all appear under bankruptcy.

The attorney we decided to go with is the one who said it will appear as a BK and two foreclosures. Does the manner in which he handles our case depend on this? Or is he just wrong?

However it ends up actually appearing on your credit it will be considered a BK and 2 foreclosures by Mortgage Banks.

i think if anyone files for bk due to owning house shouldn't buy a house again.

          Ever? That's a bit extreme.
