We filed late last month and have our 341 meeting this Friday. This is pretty amazing, but when I checked our case out on PACER, and subsequently got the court papers, I found that the Trustee who has been appointed to our case is the first lawyer that my husband and I spoke with about whether or not we'd need to file. (He didn't take on our case because he said that ours was basically too small a case for him to handle.) That was a long while back . . . we held on a long time trying to turn my husband's business around. Anyway, will our Trustee have to recuse himself? How does this work?
