Hello, I hopefully will be filing for ch. 7 soon, but I have a question regarding the means test and median income numbers. I recently was blessed with a new baby boy, born in Feb 08. Should he be used as a dependant when calculating my state's median income and on the means test. I'm unsure, because obviously he wasn't included on my 2007 taxes. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!!
