341 account statements

We have our 341 on Tuesday (May 27) and the trustee asked for our current month bank statement. If I have them as of Friday (May 23) will they be considered current?

Also, do I need to have a reaffirmation ready for our mortgage? BOA said we can just keep making payments on our auto--will the trustee need to know this or will he ask if he needs to know?

Hopefully the 341 is as easy as everything has been so far!

Since the banks are not open on Monday I would believe that Friday would be current enough. If not they will tell you and you will just have to submit them again. Reformations can be signed all the way up to the end of the BK. It is likely that your creditor or the trustee may ask your intentions to sign or not sign a reformation. Good luck to you!!!!!
