    341 Meeting Today! Question?

We had our 341 meeting today. I think it went very well. It only took about 10 minutes. We had a unique case.

We are filing a chapter 7 with presumption of abuse. We were over on the means test for a 7, but under for 13. Our lawyer says things are looking good so far and they haven't mentioned a conversion to a 13 yet. We have 10 days from today and we will confirmed (I think that's how that works?)

He asked a little about our 2007 tax return and whether we received our return yet. Didn't even mention our presumption of abuse. Should I be concerned???

He said good luck and we left. What should I think now? Does the short meeting and lack of questions mean we have a good chance at staying chapter 7?

So glad we have finally made it this far!!!!!

Generally if there was not so many questions or the trustee seemed disinterested in your case then it is likely you'll continue as a Chapter 7 barring any new revelations.

A very few here have reported good chapter 7s though and then gotten more questions from the trustee later.

    Good Luck
