How do you add a creditor yourself??

I am in WA State and a no asset case if that helps. I just realized that my attorney left of a creditor. I know the fee is $26, but how do I do that? Where do I get the forms? I am sure my attorney will charge me a fee, even though it's their fault. I'd rather do it myself and save money and time trying to reach the attorney. I just need to know how it's done and where to get the forms.
We already had our 341 meeting.

    Thanks!!

You would file the amended form with the clerk of court for the district you are in.

You can go to the US Bankruptcy Courts and see the forms, just download the one you need and file it.

You might still mention it to your lawyer just in case, keep in mind if your a no asset case it will be discharged whether you amend the filing or not. (If you are intended to be an asset case though you need to amend the filing).

Are you sure about that? It's my understanding that if you leave a creditor off ,that debt is still owed.

If you are non asset then yes it is discharged from what I remember about a particular court precedent. Still if you want to be safe go ahead and amend.

Usually, your court's website will have a form called

Amendment Cover Sheet (or something like that). Download that form and fill it out.
From there, you simply redo that part of the petition that you are amending. In your case, you are amending the schedule of creditors. Thus, simply fill the missing creditor (along with all the others), and then go down to the clerks office and file it.

However, at least ask your attorney first, he may not charge you.

Thanks, I found a form for our Bankrupcty court, it's called Schedule F - CREDITORS HOLDING UNSECURED NONPRIORITY CLAIMS. Would that the correct one? Or do I need schedule D,E and F?
So all I do is list all of the already listed creditors, add the missing creditors. Take that to the clerk along with $26 and they will mail the notice out? Or do I need to notify the missing creditor?
Thanks for your help. It's for a credit card debt.

            ETA:
I just found the cover sheet and on the bottom it says the following:
            5. STATEMENT OF FINANCIAL AFFAIRS (No fee required)
It is the responsibility of the debtor to notify additional creditors by sending a section 341 meeting of
creditors notice and/or Discharge Order to the individuals or companies added to the schedules/matrix.
A certificate of mailing in regard to this notification filed with the Clerk's office is appropriate. If the case
presently is closed a Motion To Reopen, Notice of Hearing, Proposed Order and Proof of Service, a filing
fee, and the amendment fee must accompany the amendment.
            What does that mean?
