Pre discharge financial course

Our pre dishcharge financial course had a due date of 5/27. We completed the course on 5/20, and emailed the certificates to our attorney. On 5/27 I called my attorney's office and asked if they had everything... 'Yes' was the response.

I am sorta nervous now as (according to pacer) the certificates are not showing up as being filed. Is there a 'grace period' available to an attorney to get these turned in?

I have no idea if there is a grace period. Our attorney filed them as soon as we handed them over and our attorney is usually very slow and it takes forever to get stuff done with them. It took them a month to type up our petition and than another 2 weeks to finally get it filed.
I would call or email the attorney again and ask if they have been filed.

The company I did my counseling with emailed the certs to my attorney. He also emailed them to me.

Maybe they are just slow about updating Pacer.
