Well anyone doing BK themself, just make sure you check pacer everyday.
Also make sure every block on the forms that needs to be filled in is filled in, especially after you have printed them.
I had a forum go from the computer to the printer and it cut of the last answer on a form. I only found this out by checking pacer.
I fixed the problem, I thought. I needed to send a copy to the BK court and as well to the trustee. Also a new signed schedule stating that evrything new was correct under oath. And not to forget, the declaration of service to the trustee.
It's like it is designed to trip you up on the missed follow-up details.
Just thought I would throw this out there to see if it could help anyone that might be at the same point that I'm at right now.
