HOA fees and the means test?

Where if anywhere on form 22 would you included those? They are certainly not an optional expense, they are as eqruired as debt payment in the form of a mortgage. Thanks.

Section 20A is for your housing/utilities expenses (not mortgage). Mine calls for local standards for my county and household size, which is available online.
