Authorized User, Same As Joint Accnt?

I want to file 7 but me and my wife own house. The debt is mine , all credit cards. however one of my cards shows on her credit report as a joint account. She didn't co-sign, I put her as an authorized user. Can I still file seven without lousing the equity in the house?

As my experience on this, one attorney told me that if you additional user, use their card even one time if makes them liable and those collecters can go after the additional user for all of the amount. The attorney I spoke to about this also suggested to be on the safe side for both of us to claim because they could and most likely will go after them it would just save a lot of heartache I guess. But thats my expeirence of asking that question. Good luck )
