I'm having a debate with a friend of mine. She thinks that me filing bankruptcy was a bad idea and that I should cancel it. I explained to her that it is already on my credit and will probably stay there. But how long will the filing stay on your credit after you cancel?

I think that if you have filed it will be on your credit record even if you have it dismissed. -
