I am filing on a USAA credit card too, but my insurance has remained intact. Online access was lost and even when I call to make a payment on my insurance, I am always told that I can do it online. I questioned this the first two times and stumped the reps I was talking to. Now I just say I prefer to do it over the phone and they say ok. Doesn't matter. Insurance intact. Happy camper.

When did you notice your online access was taken away?
One of the reps I talked to told me I would have to talk to them directly to do anything, because I wouldn't be able to do it online. But I still can log in, which is odd.
