Confused about the 60 days??

Here we are 38 days and still listed a no asset when we did have things that weren't covered with the exemptions here in Fl...So typically when does the trustee make it an asset case? And does the 60 days clock start over again??

Hang in there. Say nothing at this time. Let your Trustee make that determination. If we knew then, what we know now, our lawyer would be toast. Just wait and see.

Just stay the course for now . He can file for an extension up to the last day however having made it 38 days without him doing so probably is a good sign for you .
