Overtime

I have a question.

We did the means test for Chapter 7 and our income at the time was below.

We had our 341 meeting on May 21st, which means we should be discharged July 21st. When we went to our meeting we had to bring 4 weeks of check stubs.

Does his income now still have to stay the same until we are discharged or can he work overtime? His work is on a state of emergency and they are working 7 days, 12 hours but he has been turning it down. Even though it is against his nature to do it.

My attorney told me that I could get a job after my 341. So I would think it would be ok to make more money.

We were over median on the means test, but was eligible for C7 because of expenses.
