refinance auto loan

I've had my current car for about 3 years. Back in Febuary I refinanced it with a new finance company Citi Financial.

I've allready made plans to surrender the vehicle and include it in the BK.

Will this recent refinance cause me trouble since I've only made Feb-May payments?

SHOULDN'T BE. I BOUGHT A CAR IN NOV 07 AND JUSTED RETURNED IT BACK TO THEM BECAUSE I AM PUTTING IT THROUGH MY BK
