I Am So Confused. I Just Read Today That Most Minimum Monthly Payments For Credit Cards Will Double. I Am Worried Currently If I Will Qaulify For Chp7 When I Remove My Cc Payments. Currently Around
198 Amex/ 299 United/ 168 Mbna/ 95 Providian. If These Card Payments Double I Won't Be Able To Make It. I Understand The Reason For Increased Payments But If I Don't Qaulify For Chp 7 I Am Done! I Can't Afford 400/600/320/180- That Is 1500 Dollars Half Of My Monthly Income. What Do They Expect You To Do?

Unfortunately you need to figure your cost of expenses equals or exceeds your income, without factoring in any CC payments. yes it sucks, and it might be tougher for you, making $3k a month. Unless your rent is well over a thousand, you might be in trouble. You'll be stuck in Chap 13.
