Last day to Object: June 6th
STILL NO DISCHARGE PAPERS......
COME ON, HOW FAR BEHIND ARE THEY, OR DID THEY LOSE MY FILE!!!!
Anybody else in Michigan having this problem?

I am from Michigan also and waiting for my discharge.

341 meeting held: May 19th
Last day to object: July 18th

PATIENCE FOLKS!!!!
Have you checked "pacer" on your status????
Also, folks, remember, attorneys and trustees are BURIED UNDER RIGHT NOW due to everbody filing before the deadline in October.
I would say BK filing is up 50% probably right now.
My trustee is just having trouble keeping up with 342 meetings.....
Pacer is also behind on their posting.
You may get your discharge papers, but that doesn't mean you case is closed. Trustee can hold your case open for up to one year if he chooses or longer.
Your case is not closed until court records say "case closed". Discharge papers do not necessarily mean it's over!!
Just calm down and wait on the paperwork to come thru.
