Lawn Services...List as Creditor?

A few months ago I signed up for lawn service, not knowing at the time that BK was in our future. I completely forgot about it and then about 2 months ago they came by for a couple of treatments, for a total of $110.

Should they be listed as creditors as well, since I haven't paid them yet, and doubt I will have the funds to do so?

Yes, I would include it. A creditor isn't just someone who extended credit to you - it is anyone you owe money to.
