Here's a challenge for you...Will this get wiped out?

Anyone have experience dealing with unsecured judgements? I've got vendors and others who are owed money on real estate deals gone bad. I know some of them will seek judgements to be filed against my company and probably against my partner and I personally.

So, if a judgement is filed and awarded in their favor, when the bk goes thru, does it eliminate the judgements? Should I file ch7 BK before the judgements are issued against my company and I, or does it not matter at all?

Well I know when the credit card company was suing me prior to my bk. I just listed the case number and it went all away. So my guess would be they are discharged in a bk .
