B of A cc w/$26K+ balance & acct. closed by them!

I'd keep the receipts for any cash.

The problem with just withdrawing the funds is the cc company will probably hit it when your check comes in and then take the money leaving you with nothing. I would not necessarily close the account, just leave a minimum amount in it. Possibly even list the bank in case of overdrafts as a creditor for that account.

Then make the new account . The 14th is only 2 weeks, I think you'll be okay til then . I do wish you luck .
