    Yehawww I am discharged!!!!!

    Just want to thank everyone that took the time to respond to my post and offer advice it was greatly appreciated.

    I ended up having to call the courts again this morning and got ahold of a very nice lady who offered to enter the discharge right away about 30 minutes later I checked Pacer and it says discharged and closed.

    It took a total of 5 months from our filing date to dicharge with no problems.

    Good Luck to all those starting their journey.

    May 21, 2009 Retained 2nd Attorney
    May 28th - Filed for Ch 7 (FINALLY!)
    9/11/09 - DISCHARGED!!!!

                          Yes, good luck to you. I am just starting but I breath better every step of the way.

                          I am now CASH ONLY and my wife runs things around here.

                          If only I had listened to her.
