Line 45 - Ch 13 Admin Expense

Does anyone know of the proper way to calculate the amount for line 45 on the means test (22A)? This is the line for the deduction you are allowed for a Ch 13 Administrative Expense.

For those who have already filed, how did your lawyer come up with the number for this line? The formula Nolo uses is quite different from what my lawyer is using (and thus Nolo's formula results in a much bigger number\deduction)

Check this site, use the Means Test Calculator for your zip code and it will give the recommended %age used for number 45. Hope it helps.

Thanks...I know what the multiplier is though, but I am not sure what the "projected Chapter 13 payment" number would be (the number x the multiplier)

No, I don't. On my means test it has a. 0, b. 8.70, c. 0

My lawyer sent over a copy of the means test we will be filing on Wed and he had a small # in there as well. Legalconsumer.com though uses a rather large #. I wonder if there is an issue with the Nolo web site?
