Being organized is a very good thing, and being able to get accurate info. to the UST ASAP if they request it greatly helps.
What screen on pacer has the flags that you mention above.

        Hi Pa:

Our 341 was perhaps 10 minutes at most. We spent more time waiting for it to begin and watching 6 people ahead of us than we spent at our own. We answered 'yes' or 'no' as necessary and did not volunteer anything unless we were specifically asked for a little more clarification. Example: We have a 1968 Chevy Impala that was purchased in 2002 that was in reasonably good shape, but definitely a 'fixer-uper'. 'Hub got sick with prostate cancer in 2004, and it has sat in the garage and not moved since then.

The Trustee wanted to know the approximate value of the car: "On a scale of 'show-room quality' to 'squirrels living in it quality', where would we place it?" We said that it was a little bit better than having squirrels living in it, but that the green on the surface was NOT the paint..." The Trustee was satisfied with that and later on an order was posted on PACER that our automobiles were being 'abandoned' as being either totally encumbered by leins, or too old to be worth anything. [I don't remember the exact legalese of that statement.]

Thanks everyone for the input. I checked the status page on pacer and dont see any flags so i guess thats a good sign.

My meeting is next Friday. I have Thursday and Friday off. The atty said he'd call me Thursday to go over what I want to be ready to answer to, but seems to think everything will be fine.

He said my ttee is an accountant so to review my last three years tax returens closely and be ready for those types of questions.

After having my atty amend my filing so that everything is comfortable to me I am beginning to have a peace of mind. A feeling that Friday and then I am almost done, save for the 60 days. It seems that it was only yesterday that I started to look into the possibilities of turning everything around.

            Tomorrows the day...........

Well tomorrow's the day. 341 meeting.

Its early in a.m. so i'm glad it will be over early. Spoke with atty today about what might be asked and i feel very comfortable that we should be fine, expect 5 to 10 minute meeting.

I've been checking pacer and havent seen any mention of 707(b) so I'm confident UST wont be involved. Being about 20k under median and under 100k for debt, I really wouldnt expect them to be.

So wish us luck, hope to start the weekend as the newest member of the 60 day club.
