We bought a new mobile home ($474.02/mo.) and put it in the trailer park ($295/mo) 6 years ago. We bought another home in March ($598/mo 1st mort;$250/mo 2nd mort). We are currently behind on the mobile home (last month paid was May) and as of August 1st our lot rent is 2 months behind.
We want to file BK7 and give up our mobile home and lot rent.
We don't have the money to catch up on either one. Will the trailer park accept BK7?
