    Discharged?

    Yesterday was my discharge day. There has been no news to me either by lawyer or court in the past 60 days. I have to believe I'm free?? Will call my lawyer Monday to make sure.

    Have you checked PACER ?

    I'm glad you made it this far, hopefully by next week you'll be discharged.
    May 31st, 2007: Petition Filed by my lawyer
    July 2nd, 2007: 341 Meeting Held
    September 4th, 2007: Discharged and Closed.

      Sometimes it takes up to 30+ more days after your 60 days for theTrustee and clerks to get around to processing it.
      But if you had no objections you are most certain to get a discharge.
      Forget about it and some day soon it will come.

      (absolutely not true, but nevertheless.... watching just makes it seem to come slower...)
