How long after you filed was your 341? I am in florida and I filed today (I just want to have an idea).

In general, the 341 hearing is about 30 days after filing. This can vary widely from district to district, but the date is usually assigned right away when you file. The fastest way to find out the date is to check the schedule on PACER, otherwise you should get a notice in the mail shortly. -
I checked on pacer and does not have the name of the trustee or the 341 yet.Comment

Probably not enough time has elapsed for a Trustee to be assigned and all the paperwork to be posted. Depending on the district, I wouldn't count on anything showing up on PACER before tomorrow evening.
We filed 12/28/07 and our 341 was 2/7/08. We are in the Middle District in Florida."To go bravely forward is to invite a miracle."
