Hello all. I am currently researching ch 7 bk. I have a discover card on which I am an AU and I have been using to pay for everyday expenses so I could stay current on my other cc's.
If I file Ch7 and discharge my cc will Discover remove me as an AU? I was planning on paying the card off and keeping it for emergency use.
Discover is not one of the creditors that I would be including on my bk.
