    The Wait is On ...

    Gang -

    We have been lurking for about one year and have posted a few times.

    We filed for bk in June and had our 341 today ( Boston ) and I just wanted to tell everyone that it went great ... 4 mins and maybe 8 questions !!
    The trustee was the best.

    We are officially members of the 60 day club and can't wait for 9/22/08.

    Thanks to everyone here for all your help and support as we went through this mess ... We could not have done it without you !!

              May 2008 Hired 1st Attorney/Stopped paying CCs
              May 21, 2009 Retained 2nd Attorney
              May 28th - Filed for Ch 7 (FINALLY!)
              9/11/09 - DISCHARGED!!!!

                  Congrats , I hope its smooth sailing
                  May 31st, 2007: Petition Filed by my lawyer
                  July 2nd, 2007: 341 Meeting Held
                  September 4th, 2007: Discharged and Closed.

                      I sent you a response but actually I should just post it here....did your trustee notify you and/or your attorney as to what they wanted you to bring to the meeting (if anything)?
