Pacer Question ...

Guys -

We had our 341 meeting on Tuesday of this week & we were wondering how long does it take for Pacer to update the information from our meeting with the Trustee.

We have our fingers crossed that the trustee has nothing but good things to say about the " No Asset " meeting !!

A day or two in our district... anything required to be entered by our case Trustee was same day. Congrats on landing on your feet after the first hoop to jump through (we landed on our faces).

It took 3 days before it showed up on Pacer for us.

Isn't there a 10 day period after the 341 that things can change?

Yes... UST has 10 days from the day the 341 to file a presumption of abuse statement (is that what you're thinking Cali?). It seems pretty rare for them to do that if they haven't requested additional documents or they didn't have an attorney asking questions at the hearing.
