How will they get my car?

We have decided to give the van back as part of the BK7. How will they come and repossess it? Can I ask them if I can drop it off somwhere? I don't want to drive it to work and then be stuck there, humiliated that they repo'd my car at work.

I had two ACH set up for us to get current on the van. Lawyer advised us to close the account now and set up a new one at a different bank.

When they call about the payments, what should I tell them? Should I tell them right then and there that we are filing and that we want to give the van back to them?

Stop the payments on the van thru your bank on ACH. ..don't make any more. They will probably call about the payments - tell them you have filed (make sure you already have).
You are surrendering the van, they are not reposessing it!
Be sure that on your credit report it says "included in bankruptcy" - not "reposessed".
Just keep driving it till they contact you for pickup arrangements, they will be notified by the court that you are surrendering the vehicle. Be sure to cancel you insurance on it after they pick it up.
