Does credit-card interest go under Line 13 (Installment Payments)? Thanks.

Yes, and it would be tied into your minimum monthly payment to the cc.
They like to collect the interest before the principal, and credit your payment accordingly. -
You don't put credit card payments on your Schedule J, those are debts you are discharging.

Yes, yes, yes... BK Paralegal is right. BK2008 probably just forgot that Schedule J represents your budget in the fabulous post-discharge world you will soon be living in... one in which all of those credit card payments will not exist!
