I Filed!! WHEW!!

OK, I did the deed this morning and what a breeze it was! The people at the courthouse were SO nice and a lady sat down with me and went through all of my paperwork and said I did a really GOOD job. Didn't forget to sign anything or leave anything out! The filing clerk told me that my assigned trustee is a really nice guy and I should have NO problem! She also had my dollar change out of my three hundred dollar bills! LOL

Thank you ALL so much for the advice and encouragement. Now I just have to wait for the 341 meeting, but I feel confident that it will go well, too!

we're 'file buddies' as i ended up filing today, too - unplanned, but i was at the court looking stuff up on their computer and realized i wasn't too far off from done, so i just finished up there and pushed 'er through!


so...guess we'll see what comes next!!

yeah i didn't get any details about my case yet - no trustee, no 341, etc. i think minneapolis' bk system might be really busy...
