Reaffirmation Rules

Are there any rules with reaffirming debt after the 341. Ex: You intend on keeping a car but change your mind after the 341.

If you've already signed the reaffirmation notify your lawyer and tell him you've changed your mind. (If you are pro se you'll need to contact the lender and court and let them know you've changed your mind yourself).

I believe you then have to amend the proper forms and should be okay.
