Pacer Question ...

Gang -

We had our 341 on Tuesday, July 22nd.

Pacer still shows " awaiting 341 hearing " ... What is the next step for Pacer to show and is there a deadline for the trustee to file his 341 report ??

Was your 341 continued? It should say "awaiting discharge" at this point, but there may be some administrative delay in updating your case file. I'd check "Deadlines/Schedule" to see if the status of your 341 has been marked "satisfied" and/or "terminated". If not (and you're concerned), check for flags under "Summary".

Ours said "awaiting 341 hearing" for quite a while because our hearing was continued and the UST filed a statement of presumed abuse. The trustee filed the report right away (the day after the 341 hearing) in our case, but it didn't say "awaiting discharge" until several days later.

Actually, the 341 went very well & was Not continued !!

I checked Pacer and neither Satisfied or Terminated were checked on the Deadlines / Hearings page.

There are No Flags either ...

Maybe they are just Slow ??

I had mine on the 25th and nothing has been updated yet either. No flags or anything and the meeting was simple and fast. I'm guessing it just takes awhile to update. One of our secured creditors filed to lift the stay and that hearing is tomorrow. That's the only update on pacer.
