Do I have to notify trustee of salary increase?

I filed Ch. 7 in June, had my 341 a couple of weeks ago and am patiently waiting for discharge of my no asset case.

I was just offered an opportunity at work to provide computer training to new employees, for which I'll receive extra service pay (it amounts to a 10% raise). I'm still under the median income, even with the additional pay. Do I have to notify anyone of this? I've continued to save my pay stubs, but they probably won't show the increase until after my discharge has occurred.
    Ch. 7 filed: 6/13/08, Friday the 13th!
    341 hearing: 7/10/08
    Last day for objections: 9/8/08
    Discharged: 9/18/08

If the pay difference is not likely to show up until after the discharge, I don't think I would mention it either. After all, you haven't been paid it yet so technically don't have it.

All the bankruptcy is concerned with is your income as of the filing date. After your 341 it doesn't matter. Only provide additional information to trustee IF they ask for it. Do not volunteer information.

Post 341, you can win the lottery and no one can do anything about it.

            Good luck
