Update on Vehicle

I checked Pacer when I first filed and just checked again.

My case still says C7 No Asset.

In the history/documents, I have Motion from Relief from Stay, Notice of filing of Motion for Relief from Stay and Auto-docket of credit card. So, I guess the SUV will be leaving sooner than later.

I don't know what auto-docket of credit card is though.

I wonder if that's for the filing fee? Is it something you can open by clicking on a link?

I just checked the docket part, and it says Receipt of Motion for Relief from Stay, Filing Fee, Fee Amount 150.00 (U.S. Treasury).

That's good news. It always freaks me out when I see something new in the history that I haven't heard of. I was holding my breath for some kind of creditor objection or last minute showstopper. Sounds like you're just playing the waiting game now...

I thought they would have filed this before my 341(which was on the 9th), or waited until I was discharged. They filed it today.

I should have known it was a matter of time, since I haven't paid them since March.
