Well after 76 emails and 7 phone calls with my attorney we filed today.
I am doing a ride through with the car and letting the house go. We are hoping the bank does not start foreclosure. The paralegal I had to work with was t say the least obnoxious.
She insisted that I come up with a cash value of my government annuity to my knowledge there is none. My annuity is based on 55% of my high 3 years of employment There is not block of money sitting somewhere with my name on it.
The matrix was another night mare My credit report was missing 5 or 6 pages So I tried to rerun it and it came out the same way. No clue why but I went to my daughters house and it printed fine.
I just hope the rest of this goes better then the last 2 weeks.
