Discharge still not showing up on Pacer

    Hi all-

We were scheduled for discharge for the 22nd, however it is still not showing up on Pacer. Our 341 was on May 23, however the notes were not entered until the 29th, thus is the Pacer status we are only showing 63 days out.
We are a no assett case, and there were not any creditors who filed objections, so I am not sure what is going on! Could it just be an administative delay?

I am anxious to get it discharged, as we surrendered our house w/ the 7, yete the mortgage company still has not applied for relief of stay, and have not started any foreclosure process. I am hoping once we are discharged and closed they will at least get a move on it. We moved out 2 months ago!!

Yes, it is likely an administrative delay. Check the "Summary" page to make sure there aren't any flags that would prevent auto-discharge. You might consider calling the BK clerk and asking if any objections to discharge have been received since you've noticed the deadline for objections has passed (in other words, hint hint, "please discharge me!"). The clerk may do it then and there for you or may have to look into your case a little further.

The foreclosure process is LONG! We're also surrendering a home. It's been empty since December, we stopped paying after February, and because the state requires judicial foreclosure it isn't going to be auctioned for at least another 8 months. I've done everything I can to try to make the process go faster, but that's just the way it is. By the time they do auction it off, there will be broken pipes, warped hardwoods and mold (humid climate with below zero winters). Sad to have poured so much money and hard work into that place only to have it decay.

Thank you... there were only a few flags that came up:

      CONVERTED, DecDueSchs, ReafPending

I know the first is cause we converted from 13 to 7, and the last is a pending reaffirmatin for the car, but the middle one I am not sure what it means. Our attorney never notified us of anything, so I am confused!
