HA !! My 341 is at 3p today, and that title sure caught my eye..then gave me a great laugh. Thanks for the giggle on a scary day. Hope to be smiling like you by 3:05..........Keep us posted and congrats!

Its funny because like half the cases were told to go file amendments after they were done, and they were only cases with lawyers. Some had to ammend almost all thier schedules and thier 341s were continued. To be fair all of the "messed up cases" had lawyers that were absent, shows how commited they were in the first place. About a third of the cases were pro se (although im the only one that didnt use a doc preparer) and all went off without a hitch (except the old lady with all the houses, she could have actually used an attourney).

The people who used document preparers got a couple of extra questions directed towards them as well.

Good to hear! I'm considering going Pro se as well, and was wondering if I was an idiot for even thinking such a thing. It's helpful to know someone lived through the experience.
