Well they did. I filed an amendment by mail and included a cashiers check from WAMU for the 26 dollars. Last week I got a mail saying if I dont pay them 26 bucks within 10 days they wont file my amendment. They sent my matrix back but not the check that I had sent with it.
So I had my 341 today and stopped by the clerks office while I was there. She was very helpful and tried to find out what was up. But since they didnt show a recipt I had to pay again.
This is not the end of the world, but I posted this because there is a cool part. She said if I goto WAMU with my cashiers check stub and can prove it was cashed then they will send me a check! I would frame that thing so quick, how many people get a check from the US bankruptcy court!
