Past date of objections, but one creditor has NO idea we filed??

We are on day 71 from the meeting of creditors with no objections or assets. A very easy, open and shut case. Our last day of objections has come and gone almost 2 weeks ago. We pulled our credit report and all but one of our creditors has noted the debt as "IIB" and brought the balance to 0.

One lone little creditor, a credit union we had a car through, is still in the "in good standing" section. This car is parked in our driveway, but we are surrendering it.

I called to find out and they had NO idea what I was talking about. They said my acct was in perfect standing and they had no record of BK.

I checked my matrix on pacer and the address labels and they are there.

My worry is, can they hold us responsible for this? Can they do something wacky like object after the fact, or re-open our case, or anything??

    Nope that's their fault.

If they are on the creditor's matrix then they were notified by the court. So you cannot be held responsible
