Now im really getting nervous still no update on pacer had 341 on 7/24 did debit ed course last Wed. how can this be? Filed chapter 7 on 6/23 last day for objections is 9/22 pacer still says last filing 6/26 no new information updated. Is this good or bad?

You know the old saying, "No news is good news." If you hired and attorney to handle your case, you should definitely check with him/her to see what's going on just to make sure. And I suppose you could contact the clerks office and ask these questions.Bankruptcy History:

We did that, we called our Case Manager to find out the status. That is when she said we needed to post a marriage license and that was all they were waiting on. Who would know that?
