Highly Recommend Form 7 Software!

I found out about this software program through this forum and just wanted to let all of you know how wonderful, simple and affordable it is. I paid $34.95 and blazed through the forms in about an hour. It makes quick work of your state's exemptions with drop down boxes! It did help that I had all my notes and a complete rough draft but the software saved me tons of time and actually simplified the process for me.

Just a quick post for all those self filers! This will make your life a lot easier!

Darn! You couldn't have posted about backing up YESTERDAY could you!

My power went out and I lost about half of what I had done. I had backed up ONCE, I am not a complete idiot. But then I got called away for a "few minutes" I had to run to a neighbors house, when I came home, my power had gone out, and everything was lost. Then I started everything back up, once it was back on, the power went BACK out. Was out all night.

So YES!! BACKUP!!!

I too think this software is very handy. I found a few sites I could download all the forms from, but there are so many. And the forms were PDF so I couldn't have entered the info and printed them. This software is much like a TurboTax, in that it asks you questions, you answer them, it fills in the forms. Voilà! Well worth the $35
