When to expect notice of 341 meeting?
My attorney just filed today, when should I expect to get the date of my 341 meeting? Will I get something in the mail or will my attorney notify me??? Thanks!

Last Day To File Objections: 11/14/08
Discharged & Closed: 11/18/08

I checked Pacer about 20 min after we filed and it was listed there. We then got a notice in the mail from both our attorney and the court in the next week.

As thread says snail mail will take you about a week. You can check PACER and usually up there by the next day
May 31st, 2007: Petition Filed by my lawyer
July 2nd, 2007: 341 Meeting Held
September 4th, 2007: Discharged and Closed.Comment

I found out the same day I filed. My paralegal called me with the information. I also received the info in the mail a few days later.Comment

My attorney filed on 8/5 and we got our letter in the mail on 8/11. It's very fast.8/5/08 - Filed Chapter 7
9/10/08 - 341 Meeting - It went great
11/10/08 - Last day for Objections
11/12/08 - Discharged & Closed!Comment
