Received BK papers but have questions

Sorry for being a pain in the neck, but when I don't understand something it makes me crazy. I received my BK papers in the mail yesterday. I got the notice of when the meeting is and time, etc. I also got something called "Notice of Deficient Filing - Chapter 7". It's kind of a check off list (all boxes are unchecked, except 1) with about 30 items. At the bottom it says if the required items in bold are not filed with the court within 45 days after the date of this petition, etc. Some of the items in bold say (due within 15 days and some say by 341 meeting). The only item checked, (not bold) is the pre-petition statement due by 341 meeting. I emailed my attorney about this and he said he filed everything with the court and there is no deficiency. But why did I get this then? Why are some items in bold and some not? Most of the stuff bolded, if not all, are the papers we went over which I signed. It further says that if these things are not submitted it can be grounds for dismissal. Anyone know why I got this? I'm nervous as it is and this just made it worse. I dont need or want anything to cause me to get dismissed. Is this standard for the court to send you??? Thanks.
    Filed Chapter 7: 8/13/08
    341 Meeting: 9/15/08
Last Day To File Objections: 11/14/08
    Discharged & Closed: 11/18/08

Personally if you can scan a copy of the letter I'd send it to the lawyer in an email that way he can check on it and make sure it was filed properly.

Otherwise if his office is close by I'd run by and show the letter and see if they can assist you . It is possible the court misplaced one page or so

    July 2nd, 2007: 341 Meeting Held
September 4th, 2007: Discharged and Closed.

First, the court wouldn't misplace a page or so, because all attorneys file electronically. If your attorney filed a short form one day and then the next day filed the balance of your petition, that is when you get the deficiency notice, since it is automatically generated based on what was filed that day. Most BK attorney's software file and upload the documents automatically, I have had problems in the past where their was a glitch, and it is easy to fix. Just have your attorney check PACER and double check everything got filed.

      Good Luck

I actually emailed copies to my attorney, but he said there is no deficiency since he submitted all the documents. He said I dont need to do anything. I just didnt know why they sent that to me when the entire package was submitted to the court. I can see the package on pacer, so maybe it was just a mistake. Thanks.
