My husband and I are filing Ch7 pro se, and I have a good grasp on everything (I've done the paperwork once before for a friend, so I know what to do). The issue I'm having is that we have a chattel mortgage on a manuf home, which sits on a rented lot in a community. Can the community manager still file an eviction since the house is our primary residence and would be covered in the automatic stay? Should I list the home under the real estate schedule or the personal property schedule since it is titled, not deeded?
