I am filing pro-se. I forgot to list comcast cable. I am about to be disconnected as I am in default three months and I dont see the point in paying if I can just discharge it with my bankruptcy. Should I call the cable company and just tell them to disconnect and list Comcast as I owe just over 300 now?

Also after discharging them could my wife call them and get internet and cable through them if she wanted?

My 341 is coming up on next Monday.

from what i understand you can call them tell them you filed and ask for a new account.
you may have to give them a diposit to get it turned back on.

you can only discharge what was owed up to the day filed. anything after your filing date cannot be included because you incurred the debt after filing.
get it cut off has quickly has possible if you've already filed.
